H L Mehmi, Vikas Sharma promoted as Sr spl Secy

Chandigarh, Sep 12 (UNI) The Punjab government has promoted Mr Harbans Lal Mehmi and Mr Vikas Sharma as Senior Special Secretary to the Ministers, in the rank of Joint Secretary to the Government of Punjab.

They have served with Senior Ministers and administrative secretaries in different capacities.
