Fire breaks out in BSP plant: three injured

Bokaro, Sep 12 (UNI) Fire broke out in Bokaro Steel Plant's Tandum Mill unit number one today for the second time this month.

Altogether three person involved in extinguising the fire were injured. The fire broke out after the liquid form of metal came in contact with the oil spread on the floor of the mill.

BSP Chief Communication officer Basant Kumar Thakur said the injured had been admitted to the Bokaro General Hospital.

However, there was no loss in the plant.

On September two similar incidents were reported in the same unit of Tandum Mill and the authorities had formed a committee to assess the loss.
