CSE urges govt to fix gas price below diesel and coal

New Delhi, Sep 12 (UNI) Centre for Science and Environment (CSE), a non-govermental organisation (NGO), has urged the government to do everything possible to encourage the maximum use of natural gas, including pricing gas below the price of diesel and coal.

Delhi-based NGO in an open letter to the Group of Ministers (GoM) said the Government should fix the Gas price below the diesel and coal prices as it would encourage the development of an alternative energy in the country.
