YSR ''conspired'' to force Keshava resign, alleges TRS
Hyderabad, Sep 10 (UNI) Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) President K Chandrasekar Rao today alleged that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy had ''conspired'' to force Pradesh Congress President K Keshava Rao to resign in view of his announcement to lead a delegation to New Delhi to plead with party President Sonia Gandhi for an early decision on the formation of Telangana state.
Describing Mr Rao's offer to resign as a ''good gesture'', the TRS supremo told newspersons here ''the resignation of Mr Rao is not at all called for''.
''Mr Rao is not a minister to influence, in any way, the probe into a murder case involving his son,'' he opined.
Dr Reddy had put pressure on the Congress High Command to extract the resignation from Mr Rao in wake of the recent resolution of the Telangana Regional Congress Coordination Committee (TRCCC) on separate statehood, he contended.
