TRS condemns demolition drive in RFC

Hyderabad, Sep 10 (UNI) The opposition Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) today condemned the demolition of various structures in the Ramoji Film City (RFC) and alleged that the demolition drive was out of ''vengeance''.

The government should first take back the ''assigned land'' allegedly in possession of Chief Minister Y S Rajasekhara Reddy's brother Y S Vivekananda Reddy, TRS President K Chandrasekar Rao said at a press conference here.

''It was unfortunate that the Congress Government was taking vengeance on the RFC, after Mr Ramoji Rao's Telugu daily ''Eenadu'' exposed its misdeeds, including corruption in irrigation projects'', he added.
