MPHC vacates stay on coop banks' polls
Jabalpur, Sep 10 (UNI) The Madhya Pradesh High Court today vacated an August 17 stay on October 9 elections to the state's cooperative banks.
Chief Justice Anang Kumar Patnaik and Justice Sushma Shrivastav heard pleas by Mr Mohan Singh Bundela of Dhar's Marketing Federation and others.
Deputy Advocate-General Vijay Shukla represented the government while Advocate Sanjay K Agrawal represented the petitioners.
