Kirloskar buysout GEPL for Rs 7.63cr

New Delhi, Sept 10: Leading manufacturer and exporter of centrifugal pumps Kirloskar Brothers Ltd, today said it has acquired 100 per cent stake in Gondwana Engineers Pvt Ltd (GEPL) for Rs 7.63 crore.

GEPL will initially function with the same name and will be a subsidiary company of Kirloskar Brothers, a statement said.

The company expects that with the acquisition of Gondwana Engineers Pvt Ltd, it can expand its activities and achieve synergies of business.

Gondwana Engineers Pvt Ltd is having specialisation in various water, sewage and effluent treatment plants and also engaged in operation and maintenance of various treatment plants.
