Kerala HC adjourns plea against Green Berg eviction notice

Kochi, Sep 10 (UNI) The Kerala high court today posted for a later date a petition challenging the eviction notice by the revenue authorities against the Green Berg Resort at Munnar.

The petitioner, K P George from Muvattupuzha, contended that the eviction notice was illegal and he had valid title to the property.

The court adjourned the matter to enable the government counsel to get instructions from the government on the petition.
