HC posts petition against eviction notice to resort

Kochi, Sep 10 (UNI) Kerala High Court today posted a petition to a later date, challenging the eviction notice served by Revenue authorities against the Green Berg Resort at Munnar.

The petitioner, K P George from Muvattupuzha, contended that the eviction notice was illegal as he had a valid title to the property.

The court adjourned the matter to enable the government counsel to get instructions from the government on the petition.
