DGFT sets up helpdesk for exporters and importers

New Delhi, Sep 10 (UNI) Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has set up a help desk to sort out problems faced by exporteres and importers in filing applications and for making online payments.

The trading community can access the help desk by dialing toll-free number 1800 111 550 or by e-mail at [email protected] for resolving technical problems on account of non-availability of relevant documents and malfunctioning of system.

The help desk will be available between 1000 hrs to 1900 hrs on all working days, a Commerce Ministry release said today.
