Bomb hoax at polytechnic college in TN

Coimbatore, Sep 10 (UNI) An anonymous letter that a bomb has been planted at the Government Women's Polytechnic College here today, turned out to be a hoax.

Police said the college Principal noticed the letter in the attendance register, warning that the bomb would go off before noon.

On information, police along with bomb disposal squad searched the premises for over two hours. However, no explosives were found.
