Axis Bank signs joint agreement with Swiss bank

Mumbai, Sep 10 (UNI) India's private sector bank Axis Bank and the largest Swiss bank Banque Privee Edmond de Rothschild, Europe have entered into an agreement to provide wealth mangement solutions to overseas Indians.

The two banks signed the agreement in Luxembourg, under which Banque Privee Edmond will provide its expertise in wealth management solutions, while Axis Bank will be the custodian of the relationship with the customer, an Axis Bank release said here today.

The tie-up will also enable Axis Bank to offer investment opportunities in global financial products for overseas Indians and will offer the joint products through its branches in Hong Kong, Singapore and Dubai, the release added.
