Haryana Parliamentary Secretary injured in road mishap

Sonepat, Sep 9 (UNI) Haryana Parliamentary Secretary and local MLA Anil Thakkar was injured when his private car dashed against a tree near Rayhadana village on Sonepat-Narela road this afternoon, police here said.

According to the police the MLA who was driving the car lost control while negotiating a turn causing the vehicle to crash into a tree. The MLA suffered a fracture in his right shoulder and was admitted at the Apolo hospital in Delhi after receiving preliminary treatment in a local hospital.

The MLA was going to Delhi in connection with some personal work.
