Addressing newspersons here, Mr Faruqui alleged that police were arresting the Muslims as part of their investigation into the blasts, without proper evidences.

''The government jumped to the conclusion that Muslim organisations were resorting to violence by triggering blasts, within minutes after the incidents'', he charged.

The names of CIA and KGB figured when major violence broke out in the country during late 80s and early 90s. Now, Muslim organisations were being blamed whenever blasts occurred, he added.
