4 policemen dismissed, 7 suspended for laxity in duty

Agra, Sep 9 (UNI) Four policemen were dismissed, while seven others have been suspended under charges of money extortion and deriliction of duty in this division.

Police said today four policemen had been dimissed for extracting money from a vendor Sanjay, in Etah, district of the division yesterday.

In another instance, a traffic policeman, a chowki in charge, a constable, a home guard and another were suspended for extracting money from truck drivers near Bandhu Katra chowki.

Constable Joginder and chowki incharge of Foundry Nagar Shailendra Pratap Singh, were also suspended for laxity in duty.
