Unidentified persons steal Rs 3.32 lakh in Nashik
Nashik, Sep 8 (UNI) Unidentified persons allegedly stole goods worth Rs 3.32 lakh from a house in the city's Nashik Road suburb.
The owner of the house Hema Amar Lakhpatwal, in a complaint with Nashik Road police, said she lived in a bungalow 'Vastushipla' at Saubhagyanagar area of Nashik Road. She had gone to a neighbour's house for some ceremony last night, where she stayed overnight. When she returned early today, she found the lock of the main door of the house was broken and gold and silver jewellery, Rs 25,000 cash, one LG mobile handset and other materials totalling worth Rs 3.32 lakh were missing from the house, police said today.
A case under sections 457, 380 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) has been registered by the Nashik Road police station, they added.
