Azad rescues two poor cardiac patients in Kashmir
Srinagar, Sep 8: Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad has sanctioned Rs one lakh each to two cardiac patients for undergoing treatment in the state.
The CM gave a cheque of rupees one lakh to Rakesh Kumar of Tagood, tehsil Chhatroo district Kishtwar for the treatment of his son, Master Babloo.
The money was provided from the Chief Minister's Relief Fund.
Master Babloo, 13, is suffering from heart disease and has been admitted in the cardiology ward at Sher-e- Kashmir Institute Medical Sciences (SKIMS) at Soura for undergoing a surgery.
Mr Azad has also sanctioned rupees one lakh, out of Chief Minister's Relief Fund, in favour of Ghulam Mustafa, a resident of Narwal Bye-Pass, Jammu who is also suffering from a cardiac ailment and had no money for treatment.
