WR to run Ganesh specials from Surat to Goa

Ahmedabad, Sep 7 (UNI) Western Railways will run six special express trains between Surat and Madgaon (Goa), in order to clear extra rush during the Ganesh Festival, this month.

The 0903 Surat-Madgaon Express will leave Surat at 1835 hrs on 12th, 19th and 25th September and will reach Madgaon at 1330 hrs, the next day.

Similarly, the 0904 Madgaon-Surat Express will leave Madgaon at 1400 hrs on 13th , 20th and 26th September and will arrive in Surat at 0840 hrs, the next day.

The train will halt at Valsad, Vasai Road, Bhiwandi, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Veer, Kheda, Chiplun, Savarde, Aravali Road, Sangameshwar, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Vilawade, Rajapur, Vaibhavwadi, Nandgaon, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi, Pernem, Thivim and Karmali stations in both the directions.

The trains will have AC 3-tier, sleeper class and second class general accommodation.

Bookings for the special trains have begun.
