United Forum of Bank Unions calls for nationwide strike on Sept 12

New Delhi, Sept 7 (UNI) The United Forum of Bank Unions (UFBU) has given a call for nationwide strike on September 12 in support of some of their demands. A section of the Corporation Bank's employees will participate in the proposed strike.

In view of this, the normal functioning of its Branches may get affected, a company statement said, adding that the strike might affect the operations of other banks as well, UFBU told the BSE.
