SCR to increase trips for Guwahati-Yeswanthapur-Guwahati spl

Vijayawada, Sep 7 (UNI) The South Central Railway (SCR) will increase the number of trips of Guwahati-Yeswanthapur-Guwahati weekly special train between October 6 and January 28 next year.

According to a press release here the weekly special would leave Guwahati at 0630 hrs.

The service would be operated on Saturdays, on October 6,13,20, 27, November 3, 10, 17, 24, December 1, 8, 15, 22, 29 and January 5,12, 19,26 in the new year.

In the return direction, the train would leave Yeswanthapur at 2355 hrs on Mondays, October 8, 15, 22, 29, November 6,12,19,26, December 3,10,17,24, 31, January 7, 14, 21 and 28 in 2008 and reach Guwahati at 0755 hrs on Thursdays.

The release said the train number of Howrah-Chennai Central Mail will be changed to 2840 due to official reasons from October 15.
