Oral tests for police recruitment postponed

Nashik, Sep 6 (UNI) The scheduled oral tests for aspiring candidates to be recruited as policeman in the Nashik Rural Police have been postponed.

The oral test was to be conducted on Monday for the 335 posts in Nashik Rural Police force.

As per the orders issued by the office of Director General of Police to maintain the status quo in recruitment of police in Nashik Rural Police and all over the state considering preparation for law and order situation during the forthcoming Ganpati and Ramzan Id festivals, the oral tests for the recruitment have been postponed, Nikhil Gupta, Superintendent of Police of Nashik rural, told reporters here today.

The new programme for the oral tests of eligible candidates will be announced soon.
