Haryana to announce new Tourism Policy

Chandigarh, Sept 7 (UNI) Haryana would soon announce its new Tourism Policy, Minister of State for Tourism Kiran Choudhry said today.

The new Tourism Policy had already been approved by Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda which would be made public after its approval by the Cabinet, Ms Choudhry said while talking to reporters here.

The Minister, who had also got Environment portfolio in the recent reshuffle of the state council of ministers, said environment would remain her first priority and no stone would be left unturned for the protection of environment.

She said the threat of global warming should be taken seriously and if strict laws were not enforced in this direction, it would be harm the future generation, she added.
