Ghanashyam appointed envoy to Angola

New Delhi, Sep 7 (UNI) Mr A K Ghanashyam, presently Deputy Consul General in New York, has been appointed Ambassador to Angola.

Mr Ghanashyam, an Indian Foreign Service (IFS) officer of 1982 batch, will succeed Mohammed Afzal.

In another appointment announced by the External Affairs Ministry, Mr C M Bhandari has been concurrently accredited to the Republic of Lithuania.

Mr Bhandari, currently Ambassador to Poland, will haave residence at Warsaw.
