Fortis Healthcare to acquire shares of Malar Hospital

New Delhi, Sept 7 (UNI) Fortis Healthcare Ltd today said it has entered into an agreement to acquire equity shares of Chennai-based Malar Hospital Ltd.

The wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, International Hospital Ltd has inked an agreement with Oscar Investment Ltd to buy the shares of the hospital, a statement said.

UNI
