BMC has filled 99 pc pot holes ahead of Ganesh Festival

Mumbai, Sep 7 (UNI) The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation claims to have filled up 99 per cent of the pot-holes in the city ahead of the Ganesh Festival.

Additional Municipal Commissioner Kishore Gajbhiye told reporters here today that there were 9,258 pot-holes in the city but the BMC had filled up 8943 pot-holes till yesterday.

He said the roads have been repaired to ensure smooth passage of the Ganesh immersion processions. The rest of the pot holes will be filled up before the Ganesh Festival conclusion, he assured.
