Abhishek Bachchan on CNN tomorrow

Mumbai, Sep 7 (UNI) Bollywood star Abhishek Bachchan will be seen on 'Talk Asia' on CNN tomorrow, talking about different roles he now plays as an actor, a son and a husband.

According to a release issued here, Abhishek candidly spoke about what it takes to succeed in one of the largest film industries in the world and to carve a name for oneself given the number of actors in the industry with famous backgrounds.

About his wife and former Miss World, Aishwarya Rai, Abhishek said, ''It's a continued honeymoon you can say and it feels very nice. I love being on set together all day and then going back home together. Because being actors we both know there is going to be time ahead where we are not going to see each other for months. So you try to enjoy every moment of it.'' Thanking his good stars that he was born with a silver spoon in his mouth and had an edge over other new-comers, he said, ''At the end of the day it's got to do with luck. That's one thing you learn very quickly in the Indian film industry. I can think of a hundred actors more talented than i am, better looking, better built, more capable, but at the end of the day you realize very soon that it comes down to luck. So I've been blessed. Yes, I consider myself very lucky.'' Speaking of his illustrius father's superstardom, Bachchan junior added, ''I enjoy the fact that I am his son. I enjoy the responsibility he gives me. I enjoy that on Sundays, hundreds of his fans come outside over house to meet him, which is a trend that started after his 1982 accident, and it's what I call his Lion King moment. He holds me up and says, here's the cub.'' Reliving the remarkable moment of his career when Uday Chopra told him that Dhoom 2 was his first hit, Abhishek nostalgically said, ''I went out in his garden and started screaming, shouting and jumping up and down. After 17 films, you have no self-confidence left, and you have really put in your heart and soul into work, at that point you are ready to accept a failure, because that's what you are tuned to.'' He also spoke about his forthcoming films and his upcoming tour to thirty different cities that take him, his wife, father and Akshay Kumar to his fans around the world, the release further added.
