Charges to be framed against Red Fort Shoot out defense advocate

New Delhi, Sep 6 (UNI) Additional Sessions judge Deepa Sharma today ordered charges to be framed against advocate R M Tausel, who was representing the prime accused in the Red Fort shoot out case.

On November 11, 2003, Narender Singh, Sub Inspector (SI) Delhi Police, was present in the court along with the case property-- computer siezed from the accused.

Advocate Tausel attempted to handle the seal. Singh removed the computer saying the advocate was not permitted to touch it. On this Tausel slapped him.

A case for threatening and obstructing a government servant on duty was registered against the advocate.

The court of metropolitran megistrate had discharged Tausel earlier, in 2006.
