Two injured in clash in judicial courts complex in Punjab

Ferozepur, Sep 5 (UNI) Two people were seriously injured in a clash between two rival groups in the premises of the judicial courts complex here today.

According to police, the clash took place when the two groups had come to the courts in connection with a land dispute case.

While one person sustained bullet injuries the other was attacked with a sword and lost his hand both the injured, identified as Moninder Chawla and Gurmej Singh, were admitted to a local hospital, from where the former was referred to the DMC Hospital in Ludhiana.

The police has registered a case agaist members of both the group.

However, no one was arrested yet.
