Probe into use of fake mark sheets to become teachers

Khargone(MP), Sep 5: The district administration has ordered a detailed inquiry into the use of fake mark sheets by candidates who had applied for the post of contract teachers in Kasravad block of Khargone district in western Madhya Pradesh.

The fake mark sheet scandal has surfaced on preliminary scrutiny of the marksheet copies attached with 27 applications, Kasravad block CEO Sanjay Saraf said.

District Collector Ramesh Kumar has directed for a detailed inquiry, he said.

Fake mark sheets of Diploma in Education (DEd) had been attached with the applications. Few mark-sheets were found to be tampered with and changes made with computer.
