Mother appeals to kidnappers to release sick son

Hyderabad, Sep 5 (UNI) Kidnapped boy Rohit Reddy's mother today appealed to his kidnappers to release her son or at least administer him medicines as he was suffering from fever.

Unidentified persons had kidnapped the three-year-old boy from here last night.

Speaking to the media here today, Ms Laalsala said her son was suffering from fever since the last three days.

Ms Laalsala, employee of Satyam Computers, appealed to the abductors to administer fever tablets to her son to prevent his health condition from deteriorating further and to release him on 'humanitarian' grounds.

His father Ravinder Reddy, a software professional with Cognizant technology solutions, and Ms Laalsala were at their offices when the boy was kidnapped from a play ground near their house.

A kidnapper had jumped the playground wall and picked him, before taking him away in a car.

Special teams were formed to look out for the kidnappers, based on the description given by his playmates.
