Attachment of property warrant aganist Nidhi Jha

Patna, Sep 05 (UNI) Special Vigilance judge of Patna S.K.Panwar today issued attachment of property warrant against Nidhi Jha, an accused in much hyped flood relief scam in Bihar.

The attachment of property warrant was issued by the court on the prayer of vigilance buearu when Nidhi Jha failed to appear in the case despite issuance of proclamation notice.

He is accused of misusing of public fund and financial irregularities in relief work during the flood in North Bihar in 2004.

There are several accused in the case including the then district magistrate of Patna Dr Gotam Goswami.

UNI
