Son of BJP leader shot dead in Begusarai

Begusarai, Sep 4 (UNI) The son of BJP leader Ram Sagar Singh was shot by unidentified criminals at Maharathpur village under Singhaul police station in the district.

Police today said that criminals had barged into the BJP leader's residence and fired indiscriminately, killing his son Satyaprakash on the spot late last night. The criminals, however, managed to escape.

Raids were being carried out to nab the killers, the police further added.
