Sayaji Hotels board issues 50 lac warrants

New Delhi, Sep 4: Sayaji Hotels Ltd today said its board has approved the issue of 50 lakh convertible warrants to founders and other investors at an exercise price of up to Rs 80 rupees each.

''Each warrant is convertible, any time before expiry of 18 months, from its allotment into one fully paid up equity share of the company,'' said a statement.
