RSWM buys 18.3 pc of Cheslind through open offer

New Delhi, Sept 4 (UNI) Yarn and fabric maker RSWM Ltd today said it has acquired 18.29 per cent of Cheslind Textiles Ltd through an open offer to increase its holding to 66.46 per cent.

RSWM had acquired 48.17 per cent of Cheslind at Rs 25 per share in March and made an open offer for a further 20 per cent at the same price to confirm with market regulations.
