Mindteck to raise up to $10 mn via share issue

New Delhi, Sep 4: IT services company Mindteck India Ltd today said its board had approved raising up to 10 million dollars through private placement of equity.

''The board has also approved investing up to five million dollars in its unit, Mindteck BPO Services Pvt Ltd, to invest in four other firms ie, Mindteck UK Ltd, Mindteck Singapore Pte Ltd, Chendle Holdings Ltd and ICI Tech Holdings Inc,'' said a statement.
