Bajaj Auto has charged TVS Motors of using its patented digital twin spark technology to which latter has threatened to file suit against former for damages worth Rs 250 crore.

TVS Motors, country's third largest two wheeler company, says it has developed the engine technology that powers the Flame and Bajaj Auto's charges are 'malicious'.

TVS had filed an application with the patent authorities for the revocation of the ''so called'' patent. But Bajaj Auto claims it is neither aware of any such move nor are any discussions taking place for out-of-court settlement.
