Ramadoss to sign degrees of 49 AIIMS scholars

New Delhi, Sep 3: In compliance with the Delhi High Court order, Union Health Minister Anbumani Ramadoss would sign the degrees of 49 scholars of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) along with the ''temporary'' registrar, an appointment he had termed ''illegal''.
