Bajaj to initiate court proceedings on TVS

New Delhi, Sept 3: In the ongoing tussle between Bajaj Motor and TVS Motor Company over alleged infringement of its DTS-i technology, Bajaj today said it has a strong case against TVS and will initiate court proceedings against TVS if it does not withdraw its products from the market.

''TVS's claim of the technology being 70 years old does not make sense since its only material to know who holds the patent for the product,'' Bajaj Motor's Vice President-Marketing S Sridhar told UNI
