PM congratulates ISRO, Space Dept on successful launch of GSLV

New Delhi, Sep 2 (UNI) Prime Minister Manmohan Singh today congratulated ISRO and the Department of Space for the successful launch of the Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle, GSLV-F04 that lifted the high-powered INSAT-4CR communication satellite into space.

In his message, Dr Singh congratulated the ISRO and the Department of Space for the successful launch.

GSLV-F04 is the fifth flight of the GSLV which took off from the SHAR Range this evening, carrying India's latest communication satellite INSAT-4CR as payload.
