Rly Minister Lalu Prasad on Zee's 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa'
New Delhi, Aug 31 (UNI) A perfect ambience of Bihar - herd of goats standing alongside a well, huts, a pan shop along with jute cots, women dressed in ghagra cholis and men in dhoti kurta - will greet Railway Minister Lalu Prasad in a special episode of Zee TV's singing talent hunt show 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge-2007' tomorrow.
Tomorrow night, the set of the show will turn into a village as the Railway Minister appears as celebrity guest to encourage the contestants hailing from India, Pakistan and the United States with his motivational speech on music and government systems. .
The theme of the episode, to be aired on Zee TV at 2200 hrs tomorrow, is 'UP-Bihar' and it will feature the various contestants enthralling Mr Prasad with their rendition of songs having Bihari folk touch.
Pakistani singer Amanat Ali will rock the show with a Bhojpuri song "Kashi heele Mathura heele, Chapra heele la, tohri lachke jab kamriya, saara jeela heele la." Sources in the Zee said contestant Aneek Dhar's performance on "sa ra ra ra ra, dekho holi aaye re", a favourite song of the Railway Minister, would send Mr Prasad on a trip down memory lane to his childhood when he used to enjoy the song.
In keeping with the theme of the episode, the whole set of 'Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge, 2007' will resemble village life of Bihar and UP and all the female participants will be wearing ghagra-cholis while the male participants, judges and anchor will be wearing dhotis and kurtas to create a perfect ambience.
The sources said the security measures on the show had been tightened for Mr Prasad's arrival.
