Megasoft acquires Boston Communications Group

Hyderabad, Aug 31 (UNI) Megasoft Limited today announced the acquisition of Boston Communications Group (BCG).

A company release said the acquisition followed the successful completion of the tender offer by Megasoft for all the shares of BCG.

The BCG had now become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Megasoft. The shares of BCG would be de-listed from the NASDAQ Global Market and would cease trading at the close of business today, the release added.
