Storekeeper senterced to three-year term in Kashmir by local court
Baramulla, Aug 30 (UNI) A local court today sentenced a former store keeper of Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution (CAPD) Department to three-year imprisonment in a corruption case.
The sub-judge Uri, in his order, said Mohammad Amin Sheikh was found to have caused a great loss to the State exchequer by indulging in fraud and embezzlement.
After hearing arguments from both sides, the court awarded three years jail term to Amin.
