Koda distributes appointment letters to PRS under NREGA
Daltonganj, Aug 30 (UNI) Jharkhand Chief Minister Madhu Koda today said providing corruption-free and transparent administration and employment to the unemployed would be his government's priority.
Mr Koda who was here to distribute appointment letters among 600 Panchayat Rozgar Sevaks (PRS) under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme said the state government would make efforts to provide jobs to the unemployed.
Critising the erstwhile NDA government for making false promises to the people, Mr Koda said the UPA backed government of the state would ensure basic facilities to the people.
He said work of rural electrification was also on progress adding the government would also make effort to establish power plant in Palamu district.
State water resources minister Kamlesh Singh and health minister Bhanu Pratap Shahi were also present on the occasion.
