HC agrees to early hearing on Reliance Industries, NTPC dispute

Mumbai, Aug 30 (UNI) The Bombay High Court today agreed to an early hearing on the Reliance Industries Ltd and National Thermal Power Corporation Ltd dispute over determining the gas pricing of Kaveri basin.

Justice S J Vajifdar, in his order, said hearing into the matter will be taken up early from September 9 onwards.

Counsels from both the sides had requested the court that the hearing be conducted on a day-to-day basis.
