Haryana to celebrate tourism day on September 1

Chandigarh, Aug 30 (UNI) On the occasion of 33rd Haryana Tourism Day to be celebrated on September one, the state government will organise various cultural programmes at all the tourist complexes of the state.

Haryana Tourism Department Spokesman today announced that to encourage the guests to the resorts, 10 per cent discount on food would be given to all the customers, the senior citizens would get 15 per cent discount. And the children visiting the tourist complexes would be given gifts. Cultural evenings would also be organised at the selected tourist complexes for attraction of the tourists.

The spokesman stated that to celebrate centuries old heritage of the Mughal Gardens, 2nd Pinjore Heritage Festival would be organised from October 5th-7th at Yadavindra Gardens, Pinjore. During the festival, a street bazaar, food stalls and reminiscent of Mughal Grdens will be created. Cultural evenings have also been planned featuring prominent artistes of India.
