Panaji, Aug 30 (UNI) Goa Assembly Speaker Pratapsinh Rane today revoked his earlier order of seizing assembly membership of Maharashtrawadi Gomantak Party's (MGP) Ramkrishna and Pandurng Dhavlikar.

With this, both will be now MLAs without voting rights.

The next hearing has been fixed for September 3.

The Speaker had restrained the Dhavalikar brothers from participating in the proceeding of the House on July 30 on a day of the crucial vote of confidence of the Congress-led alliance government headed by Digamber Kamat, based on disqualification petition filed by Agnelo Fernandes, the Congress MLA from Calangute, against the Dhavlikar brothers.

Meanwhile, the MGP, in its central committee meet yesterday, passed a resolution and withdrew the party's participation in the month-old Goa Democratic Alliance (GDA).
