Four members of a family killed in accident

Udupi, Aug 30 (UNI) Four members of a family, were killed, when the car in which they were travelling collided head on with a speeding lorry at Chirtrpady near Kota on National Highway today.

Police said the car was on its way here from Madhuvan near Kota while the lorry carrying Manganese Ore was proceeding to Karwar.

While three members, including a women, were killed on the spot, another woman died in the KMC Hospital, Manipal near here.
