AIADMK to stage demo for lack of basic amenities tomorrow

Chennai, Aug 30 (UNI) The main Opposition AIADMK will stage a demonstration before Tiruvannamalai Municipality tomorrow in protest against lack of basic amenities.

In a statement here today, AIADMK Supremo J Jayalalithaa alleged that the Tiruvannamalali Municipality was not providing even basic amenities like drinking water to the locals.

'Everyday thousands of people are affected by various diseases and the spread of Cholera has also been a cause of loss of life', she claimed.

To condemn the local body, a demonstration will be held tomorrow before the Municipal Office at Tiruvannamalai, she added.
