UBI & MUL signs MoU for marketing Maruti cars

Kolkata, Aug 29 (UNI) United Bank of India(UBI) and the Maruti Udyog Limited(MUL) today signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MoU) to promote and market all Maruti cars in the Eastern and the North Eastern states.

The Mou was signed by UBI General Manager (Marketing and New Initiative) S K Biswas and Mr Manohar Bhat, General Manager (Finance) of MUL at the UBI head office here.

The tie-up would also pave the way for extending car loan at easier terms and conditions and attrative interest rate to all prospective purchasers and ensuring sanction and disbursement of loan within five days.

The scheme would be operative through 1158 branches of UBI and all MUL dealers in eastern and the North-eastern regions, the statement said.
