Taiwan writer calls on TN Governor, presents book of poems

Chennai, Aug 29 (UNI) Accomplished photographer, poet, musician and writer of Taiwan Dr Yu Hsi (Hung Ching Yu) today called on Tamil Nadu Governor S S Barnala at the Raj Bhavan here.

During the meeting, Dr Yu Hsi presented ''The Blue Bird's Moonlight,'' a book of poems to the Governor. The bilingual book in Chinese and English, has been dedicated to former Indian President A P J Abdul Kalam, a Raj Bhavan release said.

Former Supreme Court Judge Justice S Mohan and President of the 27th World Congress of Poets M S Ellen Yang were present on the occasion.
